Enrollment profile of part-time master of Business Administration (MBA) of NPU in 2021
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a professional degree established with the approval of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. After graduation, it is awarded the master of business administration graduation certificate and professional degree certificate. The Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council approved NPU to recruit postgraduates with master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1996 and postgraduates with master of Business Administration (EMBA) for senior managers in 2009. In 2021, our university plans to recruit 316 part-time master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate students (hereinafter referred to as "part-time MBA") (including 40 Embas).
1、Cultivate
(1)Training objectives
1. MBA Training Objective: to recruit postgraduates with master of Business Administration (MBA) is to cultivate pragmatic high-level comprehensive management talents needed by socialist industrial and commercial enterprises and economic management departments that support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, support the socialist system and serve the socialist construction in an all-round way morally, intellectually and physically.
2. EMBA training objectives: recruit postgraduates with master of Business Administration (EMBA) professional degree for senior managers to cultivate good business ethics, strong development and innovation ability and leadership ability, master systematic modern management knowledge and the latest trends of international economic and technological development, and have international business strategic mind and overall decision-making ability, Entrepreneurs and senior professional managers who meet the needs of international competition.
(2)School system and learning style
MBA and EMBA academic system and learning methods: the part-time MBA and EMBA academic system is 3 years, and a variety of methods and flexible time arrangements are adopted for part-time learning.
(3)Training fee
1. The part-time MBA training fee is 128000 yuan - 168000 yuan. The training fee is paid according to the academic year.
2. The part-time EMBA training fee is 198000 yuan. The training fee shall be paid twice according to the actual years of study.
2、Registration conditions
(1)Basic conditions
1. Citizens of the people's Republic of China.
2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have good moral character and abide by discipline and law.
3. The physical condition meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the enrollment unit.
(2)Educational qualifications
Personnel with more than 3 years working experience after bachelor degree; Or a person who has obtained a national recognized higher vocational college degree or a bachelor's degree, reaches the same educational level as a bachelor's degree and has more than 5 years of working experience; Or have more than 2 years of working experience after obtaining a master's degree or doctor's degree.
3、Registration category
In principle, the part-time MBA and EMBA recruited by our university are oriented employment types according to the employment mode. MBA and EMBA with targeted employment shall be employed according to targeted contract.
4、Registration method
Registration includes two stages: online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation). All candidates participating in the postgraduate entrance examination must register online, confirm the online information and collect their own images and other relevant electronic information online or at the registration site, and pay the registration fee according to the regulations.
Candidates majoring in business administration should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education enrollment and examination administration where their work or registered permanent residence is located to go through the online registration and on-site confirmation procedures. Candidates applying for the special master's enrollment plan of "retired college student soldiers" can only register for confirmation after the qualification review of our university. If they are not reviewed, the registration is invalid.
(1)Online registration
The registration time is 9:00-22:00 every day from October 10 to October 31, 2020.
The forecast time is from September 24 to September 27, 2020, from 9:00 to 22:00 every day.
(2)Registration process
1. Candidates should log in to "China graduate enrollment information network" (public website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn, education website: http://yz.chsi.cn , hereinafter referred to as "research and recruitment network") browse the registration instructions and register according to the online announcement requirements of the Ministry of education, provincial education enrollment and examination management institutions, registration sites and our university.
2. During the registration period, candidates can modify the online registration information or fill in the registration information again, but one candidate can only keep one valid registration information. No supplementary application shall be made within the time limit, and the registration information shall not be modified.
3. Candidates only fill in one major of one enrollment unit when registering. At the end of the examination, after the Ministry of Education announces the basic requirements for candidates to enter the retest, candidates can understand the adjustment methods and planned balance information of enrollment units through the "research and recruitment network" adjustment service system, and independently fill in multiple adjustment volunteers in parallel according to relevant regulations.
4. Candidates should truthfully fill in the learning situation and provide real materials.
5. Candidates shall accurately fill in the rewards and punishments they have received, especially the punishments they have received due to discipline violation and cheating in the process of participating in the national education examinations such as the enrollment examination of ordinary and adult colleges and universities, the national postgraduate enrollment examination and the self-study examination of higher education. Those who practice fraud will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the measures for handling violations of national education examination and the Interim Measures for handling violations of enrollment in ordinary colleges and universities.
6. During the registration period, the examinee's education (student status) information will be verified online, and the examinee can view the verification results of Education (student status) online. Candidates can also log in to the "China higher education student information network" (website: http://www.chsi.com.cn)Query my education (student status) information.
Candidates who fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) shall complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) before on-site confirmation.
7. Candidates applying for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "retired college student soldiers" shall be college students who are enlisted and discharged from active service and meet the conditions for postgraduate enrollment (college students refer to full-time graduates, current students and Freshmen with General College (including higher vocational colleges), postgraduates and second bachelor's degree, As well as ordinary College (Higher Vocational) graduates, current students and freshmen enrolled in adult colleges,]. When registering, candidates shall choose to fill in the special plan for retired college student soldiers, and fill in their enrollment information before enlistment, enlistment, retirement and other relevant information as required.
8. Candidates should carefully understand and choose to fill in volunteers in strict accordance with the registration conditions and relevant policy requirements. In case of failure to meet the registration conditions and relevant policy requirements, resulting in subsequent on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.
9. Candidates should accurately fill in personal online registration information and provide authentic materials as required. In case of failure to take the examination, retest or admission due to the wrong filling of online information or false information, the consequences shall be borne by the examinee himself.
Tip: when candidates fill in graduation information such as college graduation in the online newspaper system, all information requirements must be subject to the academic certificate, including the name of the institution, otherwise they may not pass the verification of student status and academic qualifications. Therefore, the name of the old (New) school must be filled in manually after selecting "other".
10. It is suggested that the majority of candidates reasonably arrange the registration time, avoid the peak at the beginning and end of registration, and avoid network congestion. 11. Precautions for registration:
(1) The registration point of Northwestern Polytechnic University receives all previous candidates who apply for Northwestern Polytechnic University and have registered permanent residence or work unit in Shaanxi Province.
(2) Candidates applying for the special master's enrollment plan of "retired college student soldiers" can only register for confirmation after the qualification review of our university. If they are not reviewed, the registration is invalid.
(3)Online confirmation (on-site confirmation) requirements
1. Online confirmation (on-site confirmation) time
The specific time shall be determined and announced by the provincial education enrollment and examination management institutions according to the application situation in their respective regions.
Please pay close attention to the announcement issued by the provincial education enrollment and examination management organization in time, and check and confirm the personal online registration information on the designated online or on-site within the specified time. If it is overdue, it will not be handled again.
2. Confirm the location
Candidates should choose the registration point designated by the provincial education enrollment and examination administration where their work or registered permanent residence is located to go through the online registration and online confirmation (on-site confirmation) procedures.
3. Online confirmation (on-site confirmation) procedure
(1) Candidates should check and confirm their online registration information online or at the designated online or on-site of the registration point within the specified time. They will not do it again after the expiration of the time limit.
(2) Candidates for online confirmation (on-site confirmation) shall submit their resident ID card, academic certificate and online registration number, which shall be checked by the staff of the registration point. Candidates applying for the special postgraduate enrollment plan of "retired college student soldiers" shall also submit their own "enlistment approval" and "exit from active service certificate".
Candidates who fail to pass the online verification of academic qualifications (student status) shall not be confirmed online (on-site confirmation) if they fail to complete the verification of academic qualifications (student status) before confirmation.
(3) All candidates should carefully check and confirm their online registration information. The registration information will not be modified after being confirmed by the examinee. All consequences caused by the examinee's wrong filling shall be borne by himself.
(4) Candidates should pay the registration fee as required.
(5) Candidates shall cooperate to collect their own images and other relevant electronic information according to the provisions of the registration point.
Without online confirmation (on-site confirmation), the application is invalid.
5、Entrance examination
(1)Print admission ticket
Candidates should log in to "yanzhao.com" with their online user name and password from December 19 to December 28, 2020, and download and print the admission ticket by themselves. The admission card shall be printed on A4 white paper, and the front and back sides shall not be altered or written during use. Candidates shall participate in the preliminary examination and retest with the downloaded and printed admission card and valid resident ID card. Candidates must properly keep their personal online user name, password, admission card, resident ID card and other documents to avoid losses caused by leakage and loss.

matters needing attention
(1) Candidates should strictly follow the requirements of the professional directory to select the departments, majors and examination subjects. Those who fill in incorrectly shall be responsible for their own responsibilities. The college code, major code, direction code and examination subject code compiled in the enrollment directory are subject to the latest graduate enrollment directory compiled by China graduate enrollment information network and our university. The number of students in the final enrollment plan shall be adjusted appropriately according to the plan issued by the state and the actual application situation of the current year. If there is any discrepancy between the enrollment directory and the national documents of the current year, the national documents shall prevail.
(2) After the on-site confirmation, our school will check the registration information filled in by the candidates online, focusing on the educational background (student status) information filled in by the candidates. The candidates who have not completed the verification of educational background (student status) will not be allowed to take the exam.
(3) According to the mode of employment, postgraduates can be divided into directional employment and non-directional employment. Postgraduates with targeted employment shall be employed according to targeted contracts; Non directional employment of Postgraduates shall be employed according to the two-way choice between themselves and the employer.
The enrollment of full-time and part-time postgraduates shall be subject to the same policies and standards in accordance with the unified requirements of the state. Full time and part-time postgraduates shall implement the same examination and enrollment policies and training standards, and their academic degree certificates shall have the same legal status and the same effect.
A master's graduate student with targeted employment shall sign a targeted employment contract with the enrollment unit and the employing unit respectively before being admitted.
The problems arising from the candidates' application for master's degree and their units shall be handled by the candidates themselves. If the examinee cannot retest or cannot be admitted, the enrollment unit shall not bear the responsibility.
For candidates applying for part-time MBA (EMBA) in our university, please check the master's enrollment directory and contact the MBA education center and EMBA Education Center for relevant policies before applying. In principle, part-time postgraduates recruit in-service oriented employees. If a part-time candidate fails to meet the registration conditions and relevant policy requirements, resulting in subsequent on-site confirmation, examination, retest or admission, the consequences shall be borne by the candidate himself.
(3)Retest
1. NPU will conduct a re-examination for all candidates who meet the re-examination requirements to examine the candidates' Ideological and political, professional foreign language level and professional comprehensive ability. Those who fail in the re-examination will not be admitted.
2. Before the re-examination, Northwest University of technology will strictly review the original registration materials such as the examinee's resident ID card, academic certificate, academic status certification report and the examinee's qualification. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be re-examined.
In case of any doubt about the candidate's educational background (student status), Northwest University of technology will require the candidate to provide the certification certificate issued by the authority within the specified time.
3. Our university independently determines the basic requirements for MBA and EMBA candidates to enter the re-examination, and determines the list of MBA and EMBA re-examination personnel. The retest includes three parts: Ideological and political assessment (conducted in the retest, and the score is included in the total score of the retest), professional foreign language assessment (conducted in the retest, and the score is included in the total score of the retest), and professional comprehensive ability assessment. The candidates are admitted according to the number of professional enrollment indicators and the total score from high to low.
All retests shall be completed before the end of April 2021.
4. Retest location: School of management, Northwest University of Technology (friendship campus). The retest time will be notified separately.
6、Physical examination
The physical examination is organized by NPU at the re- examination stage and carried out in hospitals above class II and class A.
7、Admission
According to the enrollment plan, the list of candidates to be admitted is determined according to the total score of candidates, their ideological and political performance, professional quality and physical health status, the number of professional enrollment indicators and the total score from high to low.
The examination integrity of candidates is an important content of Ideological and moral assessment and an important basis for admission. Those who fail to pass the ideological and moral assessment will not be admitted.
Freshmen should report on time. Those who cannot report on time must have justified reasons and relevant certificates, and ask for leave from the graduate school. Those who fail to report for two weeks without reason will be disqualified.
After freshmen check in, Northwestern Polytechnic University will conduct a comprehensive review of their ideological and political quality, moral quality, professional quality and health status. Those who do not meet the standards will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations of Northwestern Polytechnic University.
