1. Program Introduction:
Since 2013, ESSCA (École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers) has partnered with Northwestern Polytechnical University to launch a 3+2 joint training program. Students from Northwestern Polytechnical University complete three years of undergraduate studies in China, followed by two years at ESSCA to earn a bachelor's degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University and a master's degree from ESSCA, recognized by both Chinese and French Ministries of Education and accredited by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) with the EPAS label and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The first year of study at ESSCA is considered the final year of undergraduate studies at Northwestern Polytechnical University and the first year of the ESSCA master's program. Students who successfully complete two years of study (earning 120 ECTS credits) in accordance with the regulations of Northwestern Polytechnical University will receive their undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University and a master's degree in management from ESSCA. Depending on the chosen master's major, students have the opportunity to study at ESSCA campuses in Angers, Paris, or Budapest.
2. ESSCA Introduction:
Founded in 1909, ESSCA is one of the oldest business schools in France and a cradle for elite education. In 1993, ESSCA established a branch in Budapest, Hungary, giving it a truly European scale. In 2006, ESSCA expanded globally by establishing a branch in Shanghai, China. The school currently has 8 teaching sites in France, Hungary, and China, including Angers, Paris, Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Lyon, Toulouse in France, Budapest in Hungary, and Shanghai in China, offering management master's degree programs taught in French and English.
In 2006, ESSCA's master's program received the EPAS international accreditation from the EFMD, making it the first French business school to receive this distinction among those that require graduation from high school and entrance exams for admission. In 2014, ESSCA obtained the prestigious AACSB accreditation from the International Association for the Advancement of Collegiate Schools of Business.
ESSCA's mission is to pursue excellence in teaching quality and to provide comprehensive support to young people to prepare them fully for their future professional and social roles. All ESSCA students must complete a semester of study outside of France and undertake an internship of at least four months. Each year, 500 French students are hosted by partner universities, and an equal number of international exchange students are received in return.

4. Application Target:
Students in their third year of undergraduate studies at the School of Management.
Applicants must complete the first five semesters of their studies according to the Northwestern Polytechnical University training plan before the application deadline, and complete the first three years of their studies before departure.
5. Tuition Fees:
For the academic year 2024-2025, the fee is 13,125 EUR per year.
Northwestern Polytechnical University students may be eligible for a 10%-20% tuition fee reduction based on the number of applicants.
This program is self-funded, but students who successfully participate can apply for corresponding funding from the university and the college. For specific information, please consult the International Affairs Office.
6. Language Requirements:
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent level is recommended.
7. Application Procedure:
Students fill out the application form (Attachment 1) and submit it to the College's International Affairs Office—The college selects and nominates students to ESSCA—Students submit their materials to ESSCA—Wait for further notifications or admission results from ESSCA.

9. Living Arrangements:
