Logo interpretation:

The logo creativity comes from the seal character "Guan", which combines English, inherits the essence of "management" of Chinese culture, and reflects the openness and inclusiveness in line with international standards. The color is inherited from "western engineering blue", highlighting the atmospheric and stable characteristics of the college. It is shaped as a traditional Chinese "clock", indicating the importance of "time management" in management and the meaning of "stability as a clock". The "bamboo prefix" above the word "Guan" is two "people" who go hand in hand, implying "unity and tolerance", and expressing the concept of "people-oriented" in management. The word "official" below is cleverly integrated into the English abbreviation NPU of Northwest Polytechnic University.
